Made with mochi/rice flour, these donuts are lighter than your traditional donut, and also somewhat chewy in texture - in the best way (think tapioca but airy and light - or another apt comparison - like pao de queijo, but sweet and minus the cheese). But be sure to eat them fresh, because day-old mochinuts do not have the same enjoyable texture.

1 ube boba drink, 1 matcha boba drink, and a dozen Mochi doughnuts. We got 3 dark chocolate nuts , 3 ube coconut, 3 plain glazed, and 3 Nutella with sprinkles.
